If we could turn back time. We had spent a lot of money on a new venal fence. Tru Pro gave us a quote and we hired them. The first couple of days went well. They were able to install a long straight section of fence that looked o.k. then it immediately started going down hill from there. They all but forgot about us. Leaving piles of tools, trash littering our yard on the both sides of our house, mud, debris, scattered all over our garage. Our expensive fence was laying all over the yard, and in the garage. These people were far from professional. They installed broken, dented and scratched sections of our new fence. They attempted to install the gates with gaps 3" wide, not one single hinge matching the where the hinge on the other side. Horrible! They would leave for 4 or 5 days then maybe work a day. This went on for close to 8 weeks. The left and right sections of the fence were not even close to being straight. So, out it all came, gates and all. They had to replace everything new due to the faulty installation. They were close to being finished, then they just disappeared with no reason. Our fence thanks to Tru Pro is incompleted, crooked, installed with damaged sections. Needless to say, it looks horrible!! Please stay away from Tru Pro Fence if you don't want a nightmare of an experience. Pros? Absolutely NOT!!! We would like to get our money back! But no way at all to contact them. Again, stay away from these people at Tru Pro Fence! You will thank us.
