Technicians took photos of the interior of my home while performing work. Older gentleman, glasses, currently still works there and is listed on the company website. Asked to see each room of my house to "check the vents" and asked to use my bathroom before he left. The photos were posted all over social media to mock me. This person also came back to my house several hours later because he accidentally left a tool, but given the history it does not sound accidental. This person has invaded my privacy and will do it again to someone else, if they have not already. A younger man tried the same thing, asked the same questions but i asked them to leave. NEVER USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Photos of associate taken from public Schwartz company website. Also wanted to include that the technician installed something called a "Super booster" to "amplify my volts" with out my consent. Upon speaking with people that do NOT work with Schwartz, this type of part DOES NOT EXIST and is a way for the technical to upcharge. Check other lower rated/1 star reviews and it will state a similar situation. I can't state enough that I will NEVER use this company again.Review from Brandon C

I spent 300$ to have an issue fixed and the tech took wires out 15min worth of work,1 week later it quit working and had to call them back out costing 70$,2 days later it stopped working again and they said 500$ to run new wiring.after switching to a new company it was found out that one of the originally wires that was removed was needed and now my issue is resolved,I will never use Schwartz again and will publicly let everyone know what happened any way I can ??
