Very poor service. I went in to the office in Feb 2023. I was hurting in back and they did a few test. I then was told I may have a Kidney stone and provided me with medicine and gave me an order for an X-ray if the pain continued. So, the next day I went and did the X-ray, they called and said did have a stone that was 6mm and that I should continue to take the meds along with another they said I needed along with drinking lots of water and see if I can pass it. But the nurse who called me stated I would likely not pass it and to let them know. I was also ordered a CT scan, to get better views of the stone. At this point I contacted my current doctor, they requested all test be sent to them. Come to find out they never sent the ct scan to my doctor nor ever called me for my results. That is because the ct scan showed I NEVER had a stone. The x-ray showed a shadow and they assumed it was a stone. They have costed me so much money, time and test because my doctor ordered another ct scan since they would never send it- finally my doctor got the original one and compared to the one they ordered and they were the same. I finally stopped taking the meds they put me on that I never should have been on because there was NO stone - but never called and informed of the test results. I spoke to the Office Manager and she said it was her fault that she was the one going to call me but my chart got put to the side and it got misplaced on her desk. She apologized and said they would call and get my bill for the ct scan and pay for it. Well guess what.. she never did and they never paid for the test that I NEVER received the results from. First the office manager was nice when noticing I had never been called. Then she became rude when telling her this was "patient neglect" and now she will not return any of my calls and now stuck with a bill on a test that I was not notified on the results. All I wanted was someone to own their mistake, take care of it, like promised.
