I ordered two pair of shoes from this company asked for money back and only receive money back on one pair. Both pair were ordered at separate times and sent back at the same time when I ask for my refund on the second order my last response from them was we have refunded that they refunded money on my first order not my second and now they have blocked me and my daughter from any contact with him, I have absolutely nothing good to say about this company or their customer service. All I’m asking is for my money back on a crappy pair of shoes that took forever to receive in the first placeInitial Complaint

Hello. I received a pair of shoes and they were not the correct ones so I contacted the company and they said that I can ship it back and they would do a full refund. I shipped the shoes back and I have a tracking number and it shows the shoes were delivered, and I have not received a refund or anything the company since.Initial Complaint

I ordered slippers in December. They arrived just about 30 days later and were very poorly made. It has taken several weeks to get an email reply as the company does not list contact information on the website. The website guarantees the product offering money back guarantees within 30 days of purchase. It took almost 30 days from the purchase for the slippers to arrive and then the company would not respond to emails that I sent requesting a return. Now they have finally sent, what looks like, a personal address to ship the slippers to, however, this will not happen within 30 days so they will not honor the return and money back gurantee. My order number is 13565. I ordered the slippers on 12/28/22 and just received an address to send them to today 2/4/23. I do not trust that the company will honor the money-back guarantee.Initial Complaint

Placed an order on 12/21/22. It was supposed to arrive in 7-14 days. No indication of anything being shipped within 14 days based on tracking information. No responses from company for 18-20 days after numerous attempts to contact them via their web site/email. After approx 20 days I requested that they cancel the order and refund my money and also filed a dispute with my credit card company. No response again from the business for 4-5 days at which time they responded that the order was shipped and to cancel my dispute with credit card company. No acknowledgment of my request to cancel and refund my money. After approximately 30 days the order was received, however since it was a gift and I was getting no response I informed them again that I was not interested anymore and had previously asked them to cancel. I’ve sent numerous subsequent emails requesting that they arrange for shipment back to them so I could return the order and again have received no response.Initial Complaint

On 11/25/2022 I purchased a pair of shoes on the DrFeet.com website for a pair of shoes. The shoes were listed as ****** slippers which were designed to resemble *** ****** II slippers. Believing that I was purchasing *** shoes, I made the purchase and received the order on 12/17/22. The gift was wrapped and opened on 12/24/22. The shoes were not as they intended to be. They were not ***, made of an inferior product and were misrepresented. On 12/22/22 I sent an email to the company utilizing the email given on the website. The website includes a “30-day money back guarantee”. The company responded with 3 options and a request for photos. The 3 options included: (1) keep pair and they’ll send another pair that fit; (2) refund 30% (3) return pair to their address with tracking number. I replied with photos and requested to send them back for full refund. I initially read their email to ******* that they would pay for shipping returns however they replied and stated the responsibility was mine to return. I still intended to return them and would pay for shipping so I requested the address to send the shoes back. That email was sent 12/27/22 with no response. I then sent reply emails requesting the address 2 more times (12/29/22 , 1/3/23). No response from the company sending the address so that I could process this return. The listed address on the website is located in Paducah, Ky and a quick google search shows this to be a Superway Gas Station/quick mart. I am hesitant to send these shoes to this address without a confirmation. All correspondence is through email at the address of ********************* that email is a reply to the email I received confirming my order. My complaint is primarily about the failure of the company to adhere to the return policies of its own company. In addition, I believe there is deceptive sales practices when an item is being sold to appear as another product and called the same name but is not.Initial Complaint

On December 7th, my wife placed an order for a pair of slipper/shoes, on-line, from drfeetshop.com. The purchase price and transaction with our bank was for the amount of $79.95. We received an order confirmation #***** on December 10, telling us the they were getting out order ready to ship. The confirmation email also linked us to further details which contained a 4PX tracking number: 4PX3000415805433CN We have attempted to contact drfeetshop.com at Support@Drfeetshop.com and each time we receive the same response, telling us: Thank you for reaching out to us and for your email Your order shipped, your tracking information will be updated within 3-5 days Sorry for delay but this happened due to huge number of goods that need to be shipped, you will receive order within 12-15 days Have a great day The exact response, each time to each email we sent, once on Dec. 13th, 19th, and on Dec. 21. I have also tried to call a number I found on-line. It went straight to voicemail and no call back was made. We still do not have the product we paid for. No way to connect for a refund. And, a disappointing Christmas. Please advise us as to what we can do. Sincerely, **** *** *** ******
