I purchased a heat pump from eastern airflow in 2016. It is under warranty. On January 3, 2024, my heat pump stopped working. I got a hold of **** who works for ****** ****** **** came the next day and he replaced the fuse and they charge me $150. Two hours after **** left the heat pump tore up again. He came the next day and supposedly put in a new part, and charged me $100 , about an hour after he left the heat pump tore up again. I called ****, and he said that he would be out the next day, he never did. After about two days of me calling and them not showing up **** showed up and he said that he had to order a part . Every time I called the office, they told me that they were on their way, and they would be at my house after 3 o’clock. They would never show up and they would never call to let me know why they were not coming. On January 11, I got a text from **** that said that the part was in and he would be here the next day which was on a Friday. I called the office the next day , ******* who answers the phone, and always lies about them going to come out, she said that they were on their way. Once again, they never did show up and they never called to tell me that they were not coming. So then we got the snow, and now the snow has come and gone. But they have never shown up to put my part in that is under warranty. I talked to ****** ****** on January 15, 2024, the owner, and this was the third time that I have spoken with him with text. He told me that they would be at my house On January 17th , Once again, they did not show and they never called. I received a phone call on January 22 from ****** who works in the office. She said they will be out there after 3 o’clock today to put in your new part. Once again, they did not show and that’s the last that I have heard from them ****** ******* told me that I should use my emergency heat. My heat pump tore up on January 3, 2024 and it is January 25. I paid them $250 and they have done nothing to fix my heat pump.

They installed my HVAC at my address. My air worked all summer. When I turned on the heat a couple weeks ago the system worked one day. Now the thermostat has stopped working. I called the main office and spoke to a lady in the office. She said she would have someone call me as soon as they come in. I called two more times and no one called me back. The next day I called back and got the same answer. I asked someone to please call me back, ***** called me and I was on the way to Louisville for my husband who was having surgery. He gave me his number and told me to call him back, and the phone did not have voicemail and he did not return my call. When he did the next day, he seemed surprise to learn that we purchased the unit from Eastern Air Flow and that they installed it. He was returning my call because he thought I was looking for help and he felt sorry for me and was trying to help. He said he had to talk to the owners and get back to me and that was on Friday. Monday I called his number and no answer. I called the main office and got the same run around.

In mid November 2021 I had Eastern Air Flow of Kentucky install a dual fuel system for a new apartment. They overcharged us on our credit card by $2000. I contacted them immediately, they said they had refunded the charge and apologized. After a couple weeks we noticed that the charge had not been refunded and contacted the credit card company. They said they have no record of the business refunding anything. I contacted the business again, they said they don't know why it didn't work but told me to file a dispute with our credit card company. We did this. Almost 4 months of back and forth and the credit card company said they will not refund the charges and indicated the business provided some evidence they claimed showed we actually owed them that money. We provided the credit card company with the original bill and the payments taken by the the company, proving they over charged us by $2000. The credit card company said they had already closed the claim and could not reopen it. We contacted the business, every week now for over a month we hear from them saying they are mailing the check this week. First it started with we are sending guys out to do some repair work for you, we'll send the check with them. It never came, they continue to say they are mailing a check and we never see it. We want the money refunded plus the interest charged by the credit card company for this transaction. During the time the charges were in dispute, interest was building on the balance we could not see and suddenly we now not only have a 2000 dollar charge that showed back up on the card, but interest for the entire time as well.

I had a HVAC that is under warranty stop working correctly at the end of November. They sent someone out to fix it but he didn't fix it completely. Then someone didn't call or show up. Second time he said the previous guy didn't put in the power wire, that he did a temporary fix, and the office would call about a permanent job. Weeks later no call. Then on the 5th it stopped spinning and was smoking. Which could possibly be from the temporary fix not being fixed correctly. To this day, 1/14, I have had 4 no call, no shows or they don't call me back. I went through one snow storm without my heat pump on and now I'm about to go through another one not being able to have it on. I have had to turn on my expensive aux heat for over a week which still doesn't heat my house properly, just keeps it from freezing. I don't know what else to do because they don't call me back and when they rarely do, no one shows up or calls to reschedule.
