I purchased a pair of earrings online from Lulubelles and asked for a refund online before I picked up the earrings because I changed my mind and didn’t want them anymore. They offered me a gift card without disclosing that I could have the money refunded to my debit card used to purchase the earrings. With the gift card, I purchased a dress online. 9 days after purchasing the dress online, I received an email saying their inventory was wrong and they didn’t have what I ordered in stock. At that point, I asked for a refund and they said they could only refund back to the original payment, which for the second purchase was the gift card. I asked for a refund of the gift card back to my original debit card and they told me their gift cards don’t expire and “hopefully I can find something I like from the boutique in the future”. I emailed the boutique about a refund twice and still haven’t heard anything back from them in the last 5 days. I just want my money back and they won’t give it to me.Business response

We have attached our store return policy posted to our website. We are issuing the customer a refund to close the matter.
