I took my Dodge Charger to this shop cause it was overheating. The owner mentioned he didn't have much experience working on Dodge but he would find the problem for free and call me with an estimate and the cause. I never received a call before he started the service. He said he flushed and burped the coolant system. I paid $150 and left. On my way to work car is still overheating so I take it back. I noticed the radiator cap was bad so I suggested he change the coolant bottle. He charges me again $190 plus he was supposed to fix my fuse box. He didn't fix that either. Car is still overheating and leaking coolant. I noticed the water pump leaking. He was supposed to find all these problems the first time. He's inexperienced and I got robbed.

Mr. ****** did come to our shop on 5/28/2024 with his car, asking us to check it out and see why it overheats after he is driving his car longer than 45 minutes we checked out his car and seen that he didn’t have no water leaking from under his car He told us that he had taken his car to numerous other shops along with him working on it himself trying to figure out what was wrong with it. He said the only thing his self and other shops have not done yet was flush his radiator so he asked us how much it would be, and how long it would take we gave him a price of $187.76 to flush out his radiator and refill it with the proper fluids , A week later, Mr. ****** came back, asking if I can see about fixing his fuse to keep his radiator fan turning on and off to cool down his engine Mr. ****** had a stick, pushed up to his fuse, and told me that was the only way he could keep the fuse working correct I looked at it and told him he would have to change out the whole board that holds all his fuses and that we don’t change those out he left and was back a few days later asking again if we could help with it I reminded him what I had told him about us not doing that kind of work. He asked me what can he do to fix it fast because he said it was aggravating having to keep pulling over and placing the stick in the fuse holder, I suggested to put a drop of superglue next to the fuse to hold it in place me and him, and two other of my employees were right there while I  held the fuse while  Mr ****** put a drop of superglue next to his fuse ,his fan started working properly and turning on and off like it should a month later we received a nasty text message from him, saying that we messed up his car, and that we overcharged him or we didn’t do something right also accusing us of changing out other parts on his car including an AC compressor and a tension pulley which we never ever changed out his AC compressor or his tension pulley A  AC compressor job cost between $800-$2000 and we definitely never received no $800-$2000 payment from Mr. ****** also a tension pulley ,job is between $100 and $200 and we never received no payment for $100 or $200 because we never did that work on his car. He obviously has us confused with another shop. Also Mr. ****** came to our shop and was clearly on THC and has us confused with someone else when Mr. ****** sent the text messages. I told him clearly to bring his receipt or to look on his receipt and it’ll show him the only thing we charged him for was a radiator flush job he’s saying we never gave him a receipt and that’s not true we did and always give our customers a receipt for warranties on the parts we sell and our workmanship. We are truly sorry that he’s having those issues with his car but if he’s going to curse at us when we were always polite to him, we would rather not have his business and that’s why I told him to go ahead and contact you guys because my receptionist and employees and myself definitely did not want to deal with his attitude or threats. as you can see in his text message he stating give me money back or else I’m doing this if this has to go farther then I’ll contact my company attorney if need be. I sent all the taxes between me and him off our company phone and I could not load it up the last text message he sent
