A contract was drawn on 2-16-2022 for work in the amount of 11,950. A deposit was paid of 6700. Work was completed on and off throughout the year. Client continuously asked for deadlines which were given and never met. A service for tree and stump removal of 3500 was added and paid upfront. Throughout the year, small payments were made until the entirety of the invoice was paid but work remained undone. As of February 25, 2023, client formally requested a refund of 3500 which would include work from the contract not completed including: removal of all stumps and debris from backyard, draining system around back side of the house, and additional tree stump removal. Contractor agreed to that and requested two weeks. Client agreed for March 10th 2023. On that date, the refund was not provided. Client reached out and he pushed back date to mid week- that is when client stopped communication and is now submitting this claim.Business response

BBB received a phone call from *** ****** stating that he had received the complaint and would contact the consumer directly to resolve the issue.
