I ordered five varying hair products totaling a quantity of 14 items; Silver Braid Clamps x 2 ($4), and braiding hair bundles including Grey x 1 ($7) , Pearl ***** x 5 ($35), Crimson x 1 ($7) , and Cocaine Silky x 5 ($35). My subtotal after tax was $102.00 USD on my ORDER #**** confirmed on April 11th of this year at 9:31pm; I received my Invoice via email simultaneously as well. I emailed the business at ***************************** on May 2nd regarding my order, "Im reaching out regarding my Order #**** that was confirmed on April 11th. Your site states in the *** and Terms and Conditions that shipping is up to 10 business days". It has been 16 weekdays, aka business days excluding Saturday, since my order was received, two weeks total. As I have not received any notification regarding updates to my order such as the anticipated email with a tracking number or notification of postponement, I am reaching out to receive a status update on my order or simply have it changed to ship to a different address if possible since I am now in the process of moving. I appreciate you timely response, thank you." I emailed again to *********************************** ******************************** and ***************************** on May 12th, "This is my second time reaching out regarding my Order # **** that was confirmed on April 11th, 2022. I have not received my items, no shipping updates or tracking information, and no response to my first email I sent out over a week ago inquiring about the status of my order. Seeing as how I have not received any correspondence around my order and it is well past your shipping policys processing time of **** business days and I havent received the order I am requesting that you cancel my order from a month ago and issue my refund." I received an automatic reply regarding two of the aliases as having blocked my email because recipient address was rejected. I reached out again May 16th and 25th, and June 3rd. No communication and I want my refund.Customer response
