On September 28, 2022, this business tinted a brand new vehicle in my and my sons name. When the vehicle was picked up from the business there was damage to the front bumper, grill, light and rubber in the front of the car. We filed a policy report and the owner claimed he didn’t know what happened when the officer called him but he would make it right and bring the car back for him to look at it. The owner received the estimate to get the car fixed and was supposed to take care of it, then stop responding to numerous calls, messages and even going to the place he did the tint. We finally had to go through our insurance company and scheduled to get the car fixed and they have not been able to reach the owner. I need to see what other steps can be taken so this doesn’t happen again and that he doesn’t get away with out any taking care of our damages. He even chargers my son. The 1st estimate we received was over $2k in damages.
