Nolan was dispatched to my home for a leak outside of my home. I was a little nervous to call them after reading the previous BBB reviews. BBB should take a look at the cause for the reviews being left before allowing them to impact the company's reputation. The negativity should be towards American Home Shield home warranty and not Anywhere Plumbing. I am so thankful that I gave them a try.Review from Scott C

Blake was sent to my home to unstop my kitchen sink drain. He was so knowledgeable and professional. He took the time out of his day to walk around my home to show assist with a few other small issues also. I am so thankful to Anywhere Plumbing.Review from Darlene J

Best plumbing company I have used. I am a first time home owner and was so impressed with how the office staff treated me and answered all my questions. The technician that came out took the time to walk me through all of my repair options and helped me address my plumbing issues in the most cost effective way. I would like to share what a positive experience I had with Anywhere Plumbing. We originally were going through a warranty company but found that the warranty company had terrible coverage. We decided to end our contract with our warranty company and go straight through Anywhere Plumbing for a major plumbing job we needed to get done. Anywhere Plumbing made the transition so seamless and were very informative the entire duration of my job. I will be using them again! Please be aware of these warranty companies that are out here getting us to sign a contract and pay them monthly but do not cover anything.Review from Michelle S

Upon reviewing the previous bbb reviews I was a little nervous about using this company. After reading the reviews listed it seems to be a bigger problem with the warranty company and not the actual plumbing company. I am so thankful that I gave this company a chance! They were courteous, knowledgeable, and fair! I dont think the BBB reviews are a proper representation of this company.Review from Craig O

Lied to AHS warranty that was need new faucets that was true. It need washers and stems replaced to stop slow leak. Shower need a switch cartridge to go from hot to cold water.When confronted them they lied on diagnostics to AHS, they said they did not send that to them. A bill over 900 to replace faucets. Came out for a crack on my toilet tank that happened out of the blue. I confirmed it was a covered item before requesting service through AHS. ****** came out and diagnosed as excessive force and therefore the claim was denied. I KNOW for a fact there was no excessive force or anything heavy on the toilet. It was a clean straight crack down the side. He basically lied! He said himself he wasnt here to witness what happened and that toilet tanks dont crack for no reason. Well they do because it happened to me! Terrible company! If your home warranty plans to send this company out, request another one. Its almost as if they want your claim to get denied for some reason. Maybe to get your business because they get more money out of it? AHS needs to stay away from these lazy companies.Review from Gerard L

If I could leave zero stars i would. Intial call on hot water heater was fine but after American Homeshield approved rhe R R of my hot water heater they tried to add all these additional items that are normal to a r & r of a hot water heater. totaling to 1500.00 So i took the buy out from American homeshield got a better hot water heater and paid 300 less.
