Allstate Windows was supposed to order a replacement window more than 6 weeks ago to replace the discolored window they initially installed. I've called and sent emails to them and gotten no response. I've tried not to make a complaint against this company but they are, including the owner very unprofessional to put it nicely. I would not recommend them to anyone else under no circumstances. I need help with making them live up to the warranty and contract.Customer response

to BBB,
the insulated glass unit has been ordered. on a timely basis. when the insulated unit is received by Allstate from the manufacturer. Allstate service man, Gary Hemelt, ( Whom, Mr. Denison has been in contact with several times.) will call Mr. Denison and schedule service.

Allstate Windows was contracted to replace the windows and shutters on my home. The job is not complete. They keep saying that the parts are on order but I still dont have the shutters, etc.Business response

Thank you for reaching out to us. We have finally received the Shutters and our Service Man has already tried to reach out to ********************* to set up the Install. We understand how frustrating it is at this current time due to delays and we really do appreciate their patience. We will try to have this resolved as soon as possible.
