      February 7, 2023 Picked up my car from Dave’s car care after having them place a throttle cable on my car that is had some trouble locating and they had the hood up when I arrived. The first thing I noticed was that the hose wasn’t connected to the radiator and I told the mechanic I’d need him to reconnect that hose before I could leave. He laughed and told me he couldn’t do that because radiator was broken. I stated it was not broken when I brought car there a week prior and he said it was. I had no problem with radiator and they even told me they didn’t have to go under hood to fix the part I commissioned them to fix. It’s literally on the top of the engine and directly under the hood. My car went two miles and over heated majorly. I’ve had ro purchase another radiator but still very intimidated about calling another shop after Dave’s car care broke my car more than when I brought it in. A few days after they asked me how my service was again and though I complained I heard not a single word back. I feel Dave’s car care owes me the repair for the radiator their mechanic broke which left my car immobile I have now went an addition two weeks without my vehicle furthering expenses of scheduling Uber to get to and from work I trusted Dave’s and believed I’d be driving away the day of February 7th free of car trouble
