On August 26,2022 I was charged $139.92 by JP*Media Beneficial Diet. Never done any business with this company. Never even heard of them until I had to look them up to find out who and or what was trying to take my money! People and or places like these should not be able to operate. Let alone stealing peoples money by some sort of scam ! It's not fair or right to take peoples money! Especially after all Covid created in our economy! None of us should ever steal from anyone, we are all hurting and trying to scrape buy just to live! Shame on these individuals! We need to find a way to stop this kind of thing, and help all of us get our money back somehow! I'm gonna keep calling these people and try to get my money back. I just hope and pray that I can get some results somehow! Be aware that this kind of thing can happen to anyone of us! We won't even know it until its to late usually! I believe this was an ad on ******** for sample of face cream. I did not recognize the name of the company on my credit card as it was for ****** Skin Cream and Serum. The company is actually JP Media. The company has charged my credit card several times for this sample. four times exactly The credit card company says this is my problem; no help from them. I called JP Media two times and they say they have credited by credit card but this charge seems to have not gone through as of 5/14/22 and in speaking to credit card company. At about the same time, my credit card was used for lodging in Miami Beach. I believe this company is responsible for that also. I received one sample only and this company says I authorized the charges. This is not true. I want a full credit for the four charges.Initial Complaint

I have 3 charges on my debit card that happened April 1 2022, they took 135.88,139.92 and 43.76. I didn't give any authorization nor do I know what this company is. I need that money back because now I'm displaced from my home because I have no power because they took my moneyBusiness response

952AM BBB Called business number-This is a Third Party customer service phone number and represent several businesses. Stated that they do not have this consumer in their database and the charges are not consistent with any of the products.
