  so i moved out the apartment in 2021 of june r july never got my deposit from ****** she told me to leave the apartment clean an leave my new address so she can send me deposit with the key an i did it's been a year an ain't nothing been send it's hard to get in touch with the company or find where they are located every time i call r text she don't answer it's very unprofessional for her

  Tenant was mailed out a partial return deposit amount and letter statement manager said due to damaged walls, blinds, drawer slides and cleaning services to be done. 
  The check number was not cashed by the bank nor was I aware or told that the rennet had ever tried to reach out for a status of her return deposit. 
  will gladly re submitt a new check and letter today to **** ****** with her address that is provided on the form.

  This is a leasing agency and I don't even know who owns these apartments. All I know is one of the workers who is no longer there, was collecting rent for these duplexes. In November 2022, I gave my notice that I will be leaving to move to Texas. I gave my notice to allison, who was responsible for the rent and giving back the deposits. I moved out in Feb 2022 , which is when my lease ended. (I stayed a whole year and paid my rent on time and this company even went up on my rent on these apartments , I was paying $925, other people rent ranged from 700- 800. Well they claim I had to pay 925 because my apartment was a corner apartment and i had room, other room for people to park but anyway. ******* told me to leave the key once I clean and address so she can mail the security deposit. Till this day I have not received my security deposit of 900 or 950. I have tried to reach out numerous times, left numerous messages with these people and no callback. A week ago I did speak to someone and she was just starting and said she dont know the tenant name but something about the tenant was checking on it because they claim they sent this security deposit out. Well its been 6 months and I have not received my security deposit. I didnt want to take it this far but I am not sure what to do.

  Per Business;previous check issued never cleared 

  A new deposit check was issued and mailed to consumer, which did clear the bank August 22nd ck# ****
