I bought a box of clothing through a company. If that company is legit that remains unknown. This shipping company held my package hostage since 11-24-2023. I have spent a total of over $1,000 to try to receive this package and they continue to ask for more money. I have received no valid tracking number. What they provide only shows on their website which shows limited information. All payments were asked for through zelle and paypal friends and family which have no buyer protections. Company had to stamp all receipts saying I would be refunded upon delivery. They ran out of stamps and then added another $200 for late fees even though they were at fault for not having the stamps.Initial Complaint

I tried purchasing a bird and the breeder transferred the bird to this company. This company was being very nasty and rude when I had requested legitimacy they denied showing us any proof. The rep told me I cannot tell me how to do his job when I mentioned he wasn’t being polite and told me he will see me in court. They asked for 400 bucks via wire or Zelle. The breeder was a scam in itself and barely spoke English as well as the people in this company I lost out on 375 dollars
