      I ordered 4 swimsuits from this company on 1/19/24 that I was so excited about. The tracking number states the items delivered on 1/26/25, however, I never received them. I clicked into the details of tracking and it actually said UPS handed off to USPS and I thought maybe there was a delay due to the hand off so I waited several more days. Still no delivery. I reached out to the company and they told me they weren’t responsible if it’s lost, damaged, missing once it’s handed off to USPS and for me to file a claim. I tried to file a claim and USPS says it’s not eligible for a claim since there is no insurance on the mail. I let them know and ask if they will refund me or send replacements. They ask me if my shipping address was correct, I confirm it was, I follow up and no more responses from them. It is now 2/16. I paid for product, shipping, tax and THEY chose the carrier, yet they aren’t responsible? I will never buy from them again or recommend them to anyone if this is not resolved.

      Ordered and charged item on 7/7/23. Got shipping tracking number on the 11th. Item not shipped until 7/19, arrived 7/22. Have no use for them now, had to purchased another dress somewhere else that was shipped and delivered in 5 day instead of 15. No customer service DONT buy from them. Terrible

      Do not do business with this company. Their customer service is awful. I bought a 4th of July dress for my daughter in April, which I received in the middle of June. It didnt fit so I reached out to the company to facilitate an exchange, as they dont offer refunds. I wanted another patriotic dress and have sent 6 emails, all of which have gone un answered. Its July 4 and I dont have a replacement dress for my daughter, and instead one that doesnt work and I have no use for. Dont waste your time and money with this company.

      I ordered my daughters Thanksgiving outfit at the beginning of October. I messaged them to see the estimated time and they said it would ship out late October. I messaged them again at the beginning of November, no response. I direct messaged them on Instagram, no response. On Instagram it even says that they read the message. But did not respond(I finally had to resort to commenting on a recent post, but they deleted it) I finally got a tracking number on Friday, but Thanksgiving is Thursday and it is not even shipped out yet. The tracking number just says it is a pre-shipment label. I am so confused with the lack of communication from this company.

      Like the other review this is my second negative experience with this company. This time they sent me the wrong item, been almost 3 weeks with no response after multiple attempts to get the correct item and my money back. Awful customer service.

      We are sorry for this customer receiving the wrong item. This is not a typical occurrence. We were originally corresponding back and forth with this customer through email prior to the shipment. We are a small business and soon after we unexpectedly became short-staffed for a few weeks this Summer. We are now getting back to our prompt responses. Since then, we have reached out to this customer by phone and email to resolve this situation. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
