  ****** came to my residence to change out some AC duct work did not change. The Plenum also didnt have any y,s,dampers and had all 8 foot ducks the air could not circulate. To all the rooms I contacted him multiple times to come and check to see what the issue can be his response was I will b there . I contacted him to come and do some maintenance on the outside and inside unit. I need it my coils clean hesaid was complete . It also said that we needed Freon. He added to much Freon burnt. The condenser eventually burned the control panel Had to replace unit. I have pictures of the coils not being cleaned but charged Also, when I change the unit I had to get someone out to change the ductwork because they were put in correctly. ********* was paid $3795 for the cleaning of the coils and so say Freon . He charge $840. Also added UV lights that were missed correctly installed. It was installed in the return not where it was to break off patitcal thanks

  A complaint was sent to you from a customer about us that was submitted 6/7/*****.

  We did change out the ductwork in this home on 12/3/2021 as requested and nonissues was reported until she recently asked for a refund..we can not refund ductwork that's 18months old and used in this matter...On 5/9/2023 we cleaned n serviced her 2 units with a yearly maintenance, where we do not pull indoor coils to clean for this low price and would not advice a customer with 28 year old ac systems to do so and the freon that was added is also a non refund materials...After we checked everything and advise them the ac was 28yrs old and her side of the home had an addition added 10years after the ac was installed,making the extra 600sq foot way to big for the system..we quoted them a price to install a new larger ton ************************* system..The customer then found another ac guy who then changed the system out and tore everything out ,installing their own product..

  Therefore,there is no refund on 18month old used ductwork that is trashed or cleaning an ac and charging freon on a 28 year old ac system..thank you
