I was referred to this company by the lawyer that I initially consulted with on the same floor of the office building and paid $800 with my **** debit card to file back taxes and help with my tax issues. A few months later, I asked about my case and was told I would have to pay $2900 more to start the process. Absolutely nothing has been done and Ive been trying to retrieve my tax documents for over a year and never once have they returned my call or tried to resolve this issue. I just want a refund and my tax documents.

Mr. ***** came into our office in February 2023, with a tax issue. He meet with our tax department in reference to filing tax returns. Mr. ***** agreed to have an individual Federal and State Discovery completed, at the cost of $400.00 each. The discoveries would determine what years of tax returns were not filed by the client. The results indicated that multiply years of tax returns needed to be filed. Upon, his return in March 2023 to our office with his financial advisor, we presented him with the results and an invoice for the tax returns that needed to be filed. The invoice was for ASU to file a 1040C tax return for years 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2021. The invoice total was $2,720.00. At that time Mr. ***** stated he would call back to get the work done and never did. We followed up the client to have the returns completed, with no success. ASU will not be issuing a refund for $800.00, because the work to pull the discoveries/transcripts was completed. If you have any additional questions, please let me know.
