I purchased a pair of glasses that I was not happy with. I took them back several times telling them that the handle was loose. Every single time they never took me serious. I have been wearing glasses for years so I know how they should fit. So one day, the handle fell off. It is not a handle that I can fix on my own. I took them back and they refuse to exchange them. Being that I am on fixed income and my insurance will not pay for another pair until next year, I cannot afford a pair of new glasses. I only needed them to exchange them. They refuse to help me period. They offered no help or compromise. I need glasses or I cannot see. I am elderly and I just need my glasses. Please help me so I can see. My daughters have been trying to reach corporate support. Someone said they would call me back and still no callback. Help me please I purchased in February and went back several times telling them that the right side was loose. They said they tightened them but they never felt tight.
