I went to Monkey Board (seen in the credit card statement as ************************** on Sunday, July 21, 2024 for my friends birthday. I purchased my drink and 2 for my friends and left my tab open. I did not close my tab as general policy at restaurants and bars is to charge 20% when tabs are left open. I received a notification a couple days later from my bank that the bartender had charged a 119% tip. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with Monkey Board. The **************** indicated they cannot do anything as the bar is separate so I will need to talk to the bar manager to get this resolved. I left my name and number and have not heard back from ***** who I was told is the manager. I would like to be refunded and compensated for my trouble.Customer response
