On Oct 7th at 3 AM. I left my house to catch the #3 bus at ********* and *******. The bus was scheduled for 3:30 AM. At 3:30 AM, the bus did not stop at the designated stop but kept going. The bus was going so fast I could tell it didn't intend to stop. I work at the airport and I need to be at work at 5 AM. I catch the #3 to the 202 at the ************. In order to be at work on time and not lose my job, I had to walk 3 miles to the ************ bus stop. I purchased a ticket on the mobile app for $1.25. I wanted to make this complaint because of the poor service the bus offered by not stopping at the designated spot and forcing me to walk 3 miles to catch the bus so I can go to work. A monthly bus pass, $1.25 refund, or even just an apology is requested.Customer response
