I bought a wig for $29.99 on 1/13/2023. When I went home to try it on, the wig had been tampered with. The tags were torn off and the wig was damaged. The wigs dont have security tags to prevent tampering. The next day, on 1/14/2023, I brought the wig back to dollar mania to exchange it for an undamaged wig. I was told to read this tiny sign on the register that said all wig sales are final. I never seen that tiny sign and I wasn't told until I purchased the wig. Also the message is at the bottom of the receipt but by the time you get the receipt, it's too late. I asked to speak to a manager and he said that he couldn't help me because the wig looked worn. I never wore the wig because it was torn and wouldnt stay on my head. One of the employees remembered me coming in the night before but still they were rude and didn't offer help. At one time I was even ignored. Where is the security for buyers? It's unfair to buy a packaged product that you can't look at until you purchase it just to be told that if it's bad, you're stuck with it and have to take the loss. I just want what I paid for. I paid for an undamaged wig and that's all I want.
