The business is really ridiculous. They are fraudulently deceiving the customers with cheap cheap glasses and completely defrauding the insurance companies passing off $7.00 glasses as expensive glasses to bill for whatever the allowance is for glasses. I couldn’t understand why we couldn’t go and look at the glasses. Why we had to wait for one of the employees to show us a very limited wall full of cheap glasses. Now I know why, because of fraud and fraudulent practices. I ask questions and they didn’t like that. The employees kept advising a blessed day yet they were being very deceptive. The business and their practices should be investigated. Fraud is against the law. People are not all exaggerating their story about this business. I don’t know who the owner is but it’s ridiculous how they treat innocent people trying to put Jess decent reliable glasses and they don’t have good products in stock. I will never visit the establishment again nor will I recommend this business to anyone. I feel annoyed writing this review because I feel like my review is making the business relevant but people need to know how they operate. FRAUDULENTLY!!!!!

Awful business. worst experience I ever had.DO NOT GI THERE !!!

I had a bad experience with Troy when I was trying to find out how they arrived at their numbers for contacts and glasses. FYI: Troy is the Dr Christine Davis' husband but his last name is not Davis. Dr Davis seems nice enough but I'm just not sure because they are originally from California and it is unclear why they came to this area because it doesn't appear the military is the reason, but there are some yelp reviews that you wouldn't otherwise find. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Troy is a reason enough but the bathroom didn't even have proper paper towels. I feel sorry for their employees.

I had the police called on me. I wasn’t doing anything other than answering an emergency phone call from my 75 year old mother concerning my father who is a cancer patient. I explained that it was an emergency call. The interesting part is two other patients of a different race used their phone with no issues and then the same guy that insisted that they call the police because I guess my unruly behavior by the way I never raised my voice nor said anything negative other than there were other patients who used their phones and nothing was said by the way he held a long friendly conversation with one of the guys that were using their phones I guess being male and white was acceptable when making phone calls yet black and female isn’t even when there’s an emergency it’s Amazing how prejudice is alive and thriving so blatantly I don’t think they deserve even a half star

Today I learned what it felt like to be disrespected as a customer. This place lacks customer service skills and instead of treating you as the customer right, they want you to accept the harsh treatment from the staff. Today I was threatened to have police called on me. I didn’t commit a crime, I didn’t pose a threat, the employee stated that I cursed at her and I was asked to leave and if I didn’t leave, police would be called. Called for what? I was asked if I had progressive lenses. Considering that I had been there for my last exam, I felt that is information you should know. I smirked and said I’m not sure, but does it matter? I stated that because if I’m here for an exam, if I’m also here for a new prescription, what does that have to do with what’s going on now? A simple explanation would’ve helped. If she felt my attitude was a bit much, why couldn’t someone else assist? She walks to the back, goes to get this guy Troy whom I’m learning from other bad reviews is the guy who was very aggressive with me and he says you need to leave. He didn’t ask my version, he didn’t clear anything up, he was very abrasive and that’s when police were threatened to be called. In shock, in the moment of feeling disrespected, I did then say some not nice words because in my mind, I’ve been lied on already, I’ve been threatened already and I’ve been insulted already so what do I have to lose. I truly hate that this place was the option for eye care after Dr. ******** because service was so much better. Thankfully, I’ve learned to never beg a person to take your money and people that service customers like this don’t deserve continued clientele.

My daughter was not allowed to freely look at the selection of glasses available and was being forced to try on frames that she did not like. When she refused to get one’s that he picked out she was refused service and asked to leave!

No Stars. Unable to receive a return phone call after a fall in her exam room. States they do not have “Accident Insurance” Buyer Beware
