I called for service because I had a leak coming from my filter. After waiting for a appointment the tech came and replaced the top portion of the valve. It continued to leak and left the company a voicemail stating that the top cracked and separated from the tank. I expected a call the next day, weeks went past and I didn't hear from them. It wasn't until I received a call from them stating that I should clear up my unpaid balance. I paid them $100, they are expecting another $279, from me. I couldn't use my pool for the entire season and I'm faced with having to replace my tank.Business response

Friday 6/16/23 - ****** ******** left a voice mail stating her filter valve was leaking and requested a service call.
Sat 6/17/23 - Voicemail went unseen.
6/18/23 - Shop Closed
6/19/23 - Shop Closed
6/20/23 - Shop Manager returned Mrs. ********'s call, created an estimate, & worked with Mrs. ******** on pricing. Mrs. ******** verbally approved the estimate to have the Filter valve top assembly replaced.
6/21/23 - Technician arrived at the ******** home & was greeted my Mrs. ********. Mrs. ******** attempted to negotiate pricing with technician. Technician contacted the shop & placed Mrs. ******** on the phone with Shop Manager. Mrs. ******** explained her financial difficulties in detail.
Before the repair took place, an agreement was reached that Mrs. ******** would put a credit card number on file, make an initial $100 payment, & make subsequent $100 payments each week until the balance was paid off.
After the first week multiple attempts were made to reach Mrs. ********.
7/11/23 - at 8.56PM Mrs. ******** left a voicemail stating she had more issues with her filter.
Attempts have been made every business day to reach Mrs. ******** since her voicemail, no emails or phone calls have been returned.
7/19/23 - Shop received complaint filed to BBB.

7/25/23 - The owner of Waterworks, ***, visited Mrs. ********. An agreement was reached & no further balance is owed.
