In 2020 my home was damaged by a hail storm. I reached out to Rain Pro Roofing to help with repairs and signed a contract. The contract was for roofing, stucco, windows and gutters to be repaired. The roof was repaired fairly quick but there was issues because they promised me the same roofing but it was not. It took them over a year to do stucco after repeated calling and texted "I have receipts of texts to Mr. ******** All that's left is Gutters and windows and it been months trying to get this done. The company says their sorry for forgetting about my contract but does nothing about it until I call. I've even ask if i should find another contractor. We are currently still waiting for them to finish their contract. Please help us. I'm currently in the military and trying to sell my home because of retirement.

I contracted with Rain Pro to repair my home roof, my shed roof, and fence. They charged me an extra $300.00 for this and they did not repair the shed roof or the fence. They did receive two checks from my insurance company that more than covered these repairs. Therefore I would like a refund of $731.35 for the shed, $1,452.00 for the fence. and $300.00 for my extra deductible or what ever they called it. Total Amount due me is $2,483.35. This is money they received and did not do the work. s

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/01/10) */ This job was completed in February 2020. I believe that the customer is confused and does not understand the insurance stuff completely and that he was responsible for the cost in which he did not pay.. We contracted with the customer for his insurance claim for damages incurred with a date of loss 4/13/19. After doing so, the customer decided to not complete all the work. The customer actually still owes Rain Pro Roofing for the completed work, however we closed the file and chose not to file a lien for balance owed. We completed the roof on the main house only per customer request. The amount owed per insurance scope (attached and highlighted) was $8220.73 for the roof completed. The amount we received from the customer was $7663.14 (attached copy of checks) for your review. We also sent a supplement to the insurance for code requiring drip edge to be installed in the amount of $420.00, the insurance contacted us and said he didn't have endorsement on his policy and that he would be responsible for payment and that they sent him a letter explaining. Insurance did pay for the permit of $95.00 for reimbursement to us and we also did not receive this payment. Therefore, Rain Pro Roofing has taken a loss on this job as we were not paid in full for the work that was completed. Please let me know if you have any further questions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office for assistance. Thank you, ****** Arnold Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2022/01/14) */ I am positive that those statements are not entirely true, but whatever.
