            Purchased new gutters for our home with Southern Gutters and the contract included a 2-year warranty. The new gutters were installed and were not leveled properly. Water pools and overflows the gutter in a location that causes water to approach our back door during a hard rainstorm. Initial calls to the gutter company to come out and adjust were answered and an appointment date/time was scheduled. First scheduled appointment they were a no show. Contacted the company again and was able to get in touch with the owner and a second appointment was scheduled, which also ended up as a no show. Calls, texts, and voicemails to the owner have since gone unanswered, as well as calls and voicemails to the company's main phone number. Attempts at reaching them have continued to be unsuccessful for a period of three months. At this point, we have done our due diligence and exhausted all our efforts to work with the company and owner to resolve this issue to no end. If the gutters are not adjusted, we will be faced with serious damage to our home, including but not limited to wood rot on the exterior, and are also at risk of flooding.
