I purchased my Chevy Trax from Billy Navarre in Sulphur, La. approximately December 2023. The day I bought the vehicle the salesman told me there was something wrong with the driver's door window and that it could easily be fixed. It took approximately 3 months for me to even get window fixed. They replaced the entire driver's side door, however, they did not program the new door to my keys. On the day I went to pick up my vehicle I noticed the door knob was broken. I notified the tech and he assured me he could order the part and replace it. Also, the new door did not match my other 3 doors, but again, I was assured this would be corrected. While waiting for the parts to arrive a piece of the front bumper fell off and the tech assured me this would be ordered and all would be fixed. It is almost a year later and I still do not have my door fixed, programmed, or my missing bumper repaired. I have never been called by any employee of Billy Navarre updating me as to why there was such a delay. I have called numerous times and even driven to the business to find out about my repairs only to be told that the parts were either backordered or the wrong part was sent. I have been driving this car for almost a year without my repairs. I would like to have the car that I paid for and was promised. This business has zero service after the sale and I am very dissatisfied with my experience.

I currently have an appointment set up with the customer to come in Monday. She stated that she only has one key so I'm going to order her an additional Key and Key fob at no cost to her.  Monday we will address any other concerns and handle them at that time. This is not how we conduct our selves and I'm deeply embarrassed that she had that type of experience after the purchase.

I was provided a verbal quote to replace an alternator on my 2013 SRX Cadillac for approximately three hundred plus; I do not remember the exact quote. The dealership charged me $ 992.18 for the replacement of the alternator. I could have waited for my insurance to ship an alternator covering the work except for a one-hundred-dollar deductible, the part was supposed to have shipped but it was not received by the dealership. Insurance claimed that the dealership did not send the correct information and the dealership claimed that insurance did not originally ask for certain information. So rather than wait another week for the part, I verbally authorized the dealership to install their alternator. The dealership first said it was a second faulty battery purchased for them; so, the battery was under warranty, but the dealership charged me for the labor. Then, they said it was the starter, insurance paid for the starter, and we paid a one-hundred-dollar deductible. The car still would not start, now dealership said it was the alternator. I paid labor for a battery, a deductible for the starter and three times the verbal quote for the alternator.
