Points do expire after 1 year of NO ACTIVITY with us by default (not purchasing services or products from our store). If a purchase was made with any of these options above on our site, it is normally finalized by our website's system, then bought, afterwards shipped from our suppliers within 24hrs, and will be in route to the shop or your home for install/delivery. Express delivery may be offered for certain products, which may be subject to a installation fee, and will be installed during your next service date of service.

            Anything paid with customer's own cash, debit or credit cards MAY-BE returned within a 15-30 day time window, depending on the product.
