I took my vehicle to this place of business as i always do, i bought it there two years ago. My vehicle went into a death wobble. i took it here to be fixed. I left there and it wasnt driving right. The business was closed so i carefully and slowly drove home. I had to work the next day and my jeep did it again. I paid them 1500.00 to fix my vehicle and was told it was fixed.. I had it towed to another shop, within minites they diagnosed the problem. It was a very easy diagnosis, they didnt understand how it was overlooked. it cost me around 500.00 and my jeep is running like new. I called and tried to speak with the owner, he immediately was defensive, never ask if i was ok, or said he was sorry. very ugly toward me and woulnt listen.. this is a very serious and unsafe manner to run a business. The repairs didnt work, and were not even necessary, no concern for my saftey and i put my trust in them and they put me on the road in a unsfe vehicle and lead me to belive it was fixed They told me i still needed an aliagnement so thats what i figured it was still driving bad when i got it. I am a widowed women i buried my daughter 8 years ago. I work three jobs and regardless if i am a woman or not i was taken advatage of and a death wobble got that name for a reason.. If this is how he runs his mechanic shop i believe it should be closed what they replaced, i have my receipts from last year where it was replaced, and onlu 35,000 miles had been put on my vehicle. They argued with me about it that day, but they never checked my barrons in my wheels and the other shop caught it the minute they lifted the weight off my tires. i have called an attorney and i am willing to take this to court but should be addressed either way. this is unsafe practice and wrondCustomer response

I was so upset when I made my complaint I’m pretty sure I forgot to say that all the work they did on my vehicle was not even on good. The shop that I towed it to took pictures and tightened all the bolts. My front end would have worked those bolts off if they wouldn’t. My concern is how serious this is and I could have been hurt or hurt someone. I put my trust into them and looking back I did t even take my Jeep in last year for the front end when they replaced it . I question all the work they have done on my vehicle in the past and wonder if their mistake have caused some of my issues with the vehicle. I bought it there, I’ve serviced it there and I have spent a lot of money at their mechanic shop in the past two and half years that I owned that vehicle
