This is our 3rd dealing with Rescom Exteriors, and we are still as we have been incredibly happy with our sales, installation team, and product that we purchased. Our Rescom story started in Summer of 2017. We signed up for one of those free windows deal at the Spencer Fair, which got us our first consultation, with Doug our sales associate. At that point we received our first quote, which literally sent chills down my spine. After already receiving other quotes from competitors and understanding the different designs of the product, we decided to give Rescom a try and had our back patio slider replaced with them. The door came slightly out of adjustment after the first year, and true to their word they sent out a tech and in minutes got it back into alignment, and we have had no issues with it since. Due to such a great transaction we invited Doug back in early 2020 and replaced 6 of our worse upstairs windows along with main entry door, and now again in 2022 have once again returned to Rescom for the installation of 5 more windows on our main level. With all the work we have done so far, we only have 12 windows left to do, and when the time comes rest assure we will be calling on Rescom once again to finish the house. These windows do come at a hefty price, but you get what you pay for, and for what I have spent so far, I feel the investment has definitely been worth it. If you have not yet, I would highly recommend giving Rescom a call and see how they can help with your window replacement needs.

High pressure sales always. Product is great but way overpriced. Would seriously look around way more carefully when we finish window replacements. Five more years.....to pay on this purchase.....

Service was great, and the guarantee was real! When we had an issue, they came back quickly and got everything in perfect working order.

I've always believed you get what you pay for, we found Rescom at a tequila and wine event, but with the possibility of winning free windows we took a chance. ( trust me we were concerned about our gamble) we did not win but they contacted us and we were curious when they came to my home I loved the product. so we took them without hesitation after some research I will say I have no regrets the product has been amazing for us Over the past 4 years , it has saved us more money and energy than I ever thought. The installers were top notch and the company's follow up with any concerns were dealt with quickly. From there they have replaced our doors with the same quality and caring to all aspects of the sale. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great product and company.

Over the years we have had a slider, a Custom bow window, 14 windows & 2 doors. All of the installations have been done on time and in an excellent manner. All products have performed to perfection. Our heating & Cooling bills have down. The outside sound transmission has virtually gone. Our rep, Mr. H*****, been very helpful in answering all of our questions.
