I have had many yoga teachers throughout the years, and **** is by far the best! Where before I would quickly find a reason to stop coming to someone's class, I now am inspired by ****'s creativity each week and can't wait to come back. I saw an ad for her Yin Yoga online, and it sounded both different from other classes I had taken, and exactly like what I had been searching for. So I signed up and after a couple weeks, attended my first class with her. She announced at the end of that first class that this was her first time ever teaching yoga. Everyone in the room seemed in disbelief, and I for one thought she had been doing it for years! I have successfully achieved a reduction in stress and anxiety, better circulation and flexibility, and a more positive outlook by taking her classes just once per week. She is compassionate, observant, reliable, receptive, capable and respectful, among many other great qualities. Truly the best yoga teacher I have ever had, she has helped me to modify poses I used to hate so that I could do them with ease, because every body is different. I truly am humbled to be one of her students, and am excited to watch her business grow as more people begin to discover her natural talent and passion for teaching yoga!
