      I was held to a different set of rules than anyone else. I would file a complaint, one like that which was filed on me and my complaint fell on deaf ears. People would file charges on me, and I am one who abides by the rules yet the only thing I ever did wrong was telling people they were at fault. And iracing would make up rules that did not exist to get me in trouble. I have and have had video evidence to support my claims and iracing fails to acknowledge my evidence of their wrongdoing and they continue to purposely hold me back from advancing by allowing these people to make up rules against me. The first screenshot is a very blatant car contact by the driver behind me. ****** *** cut the first corner dipping two tires in the grass as he did not slow as I took the two corners as one should, on the asphalt. As a result of ****** cutting the track and not respecting my presence on track, he rear ended me hoping to demolish my car so he would have no competition in the race. Justins actions cause massive damage on my car, the notification scared me and I missed my breaking point, causing me to hit p3, which then caused me to be heading towards Justins car, but I missed ****** completely. But iracing and ****** blamed me for missing Justins car, and then told me all of Justins actions were alright. Their game had even supported my claim as I did not even take any negative point for hitting car 4, because all evidence supports my claim and iRacing does not like to admit they are wrong. This is one of MANY stories where iracing picks and chooses. I just want all my money I have spent on their crooked game site over the last year back.

      While we can not discuss individual customers on this public forum, we can say that all customers are treated equally and fairly. When customers actions within the game neagitively imapct the experience of others we do have to take action. Sometimes this includes account suspensions. All customers are welcome to appeal any ruling against them. Also, it is important to point out that all customers have agreed to abide by our rules and and to the terms of use when they signed up and created their accounts. These are the same rules for all customers. We consider this case close and will not be responding further via the BBB portal.

      While we are unable to  discuss specifcs of a customer account in this public forum I can say that all members of iRacing must read and agree to the Terms of Use and Sporting Code (rules of the game). If a member is causing a negative experience for other members we must take action. This typically starts with a coaching conversation but can escalate to a suspension of the member account if the violations are serious enough or continue repeatedly. Members have the ability to appeal any ruling against them by following the procedure outlined in the sporting code. Appeals are reviewed and ruled on. Decisions on appeals are final.

      We do not like to suspend member accounts but in some cases it is required for the greater good of the service and all of our other members.

      By responding to this complaint we consider this case closed and will not respond further through the BBB.

      [I belive that racing tc are not fair I paid $1500 and I have seen other people break the terms and conditions and they only get a week bans a person named **** has blatantly.  Cheated in a live broad cast and u named him , but alliowdd him back on, I didnt do anything wrong all I did was swear and complain allot nothing that would warrant permanent banned I have asked all streamers of twitch and they all agree I shouldnt have been perms banned I may get lawyers You must provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.  If you do not enter a reason for your rejection, your complaint will be closed as Answered.]

      [iam not satisified with complaint respons because they pick and choose who are perma baned or **** regadles of the tc, if they dont like someone on their platfgorm they bann them permanant, yet they let someone like svan **** back on service for cheating the game wich is against tc i am getting lawyers because it is un fair tc ]

      The complaint is due the sale of ****** Heat 5 racing from 704 gaming to IRacing *** with the promise to keep the game online through the year of 2024 and now they have turned off the servers now 10 of thousands of people were in shock with the turning off will no for warning. Many people playing this game knew it was going to happen but was under the impression they were going to keep the servers up the remainder of the year. ******* should be held responsible for keeping their agreement with all the people that have made this game popular in as much that they wanted to purchase the Rights to it.

      iRacing has nothing to do with the game ****** HEAT 5. We did not purchase this game from Motorsports Games as you claim. If the servers are not working you should contact Motorsports Games for assistance. 

      iRacing did purchase the license to build a future ****** game for consoles. This game is already in development and we are looking forward to releasing it in 2025.

      We hope to see you racing ******25 when it releases next year.

      This is not a individual customer complaint and I do not accept sporting code terms or agreements as Law or excuse of (iracings) ignorance towards law. Law states if company provides a receipt which should be received via email no matter the terms a refund is by law required. Even for breaking so called (sporting code). If said company refuses to provide refund for the service you were provided there is action you can take or the company is by law required to continue letting you use said service. As many response have been the same. Intolerance and neglecting responsibilities for companies actions can lead to further action if one individual so desires. Or they can continue letting service be provided. As well company in question by law cannot punish said user for complaint to ******************** and per there sporting code If you take legal action. Sincerely - a woman for the people

      Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed there response. This was not a single customer complaint as theyve stated and I clearly stated this was merely hypothetical and I wanna thank them for giving me the exact thing I wanted proof of the incompetence and complete lack and disregard for any and all paying members on there site to not even want to do better or give people who pay there salary a chance. I smell a hefty lawsuit coming again

      So march 29th 2023 i was informed that my account was banned forever. For intentionaly wrecking someone witch was far from the truth. I got caught up im a wreck i then waited to when i thought the track was cleared tried to spin it around *** go to pits to fix but track wasnt cleared and i got hit caused a big wreck. I felt bad about it but wasnt intentional i got protested and my account was banned. I sent apeal and they even said i did it intentionaly *** knew tue rules well i didnt do it intentionally. I am nit perfect made a mistake. Now ive spent ALOT of money on iracing a service i paid for and cant use becuase im being discriminated.. this is NOT RIGHT.. i am asking for a full refund on all content i paid for and ill be glad to move away from this scam of a company as i dont like how theu treat there customers. Inless your a high profile driver they truely dont care about you and it shows.... i feel cheated... if no solution is made either a full refund or my account to be reopened so i can use what i paid for. Or even just let me use the ai racing part of it. I will be forced to take this to legal actions. And will have to find a way to get my money back witch is only right. I hope they do the right thing.

      We don't discuss specific customers in this public forum. I can say that we do have rules (the iRacing Sporting Code), which all members agree to when they create an account. These rules are in place to ****** good racing and to ensure our customers have an enjoyable experience. Customer accounts can be suspended if there are serious and/or multiple violations. This is the last thing we want to do, but sometimes it is necessary to ensure other members can continue to enjoy the service. We will have no further comment on this matter here.       This has been happening for the last two weeks, 3-2-2023 - 3-17-2023. Their website. They take points from those who do no wrong, then the code for their game is not right and it gives false wrecks, false off tracks, false contact. Iracing will not fix their problem nor will they make right what they and other incompetent people take when they do not follow the rules.

      While we don't speak to individual customer issues publicly, it sounds as if the complaint is generally about our rules for racing in iRacing. These rules are clearly outlined in the sporting code document, which all members must read and agree to prior to racing. The rules are setup for the enjoyment of all members and you must abide by them. If there are issues with your internet connection it is possible that some off tracks or contacts look different to you than to the race server.       Giving someone a temporary ban for something you fail to prove to them, and then taking more subscription money...is a pretty sad move as a business.If I can't play, why do you get to take my money? Why do we keep supposed incidents private? Why am I not allowed to know what I did wrong? The answers given through appeals and customer service are super generic and they just don't care. They won't explain anything. Iracing will take the side of the first person to send in a "clip"....your appeal will not matter. I want proof of the things I did wrong, or I need to speak to someone higher than the people responsible for emailing. I'm not having a happy time with them. Poor taste.Also, calling someone guilty with yet again...no proof is pretty terrible.

      We do not comment on specific penalties or members. We can say that all members agree to abide by the rules and regulations of iRacing when they create an account by acknowledging these documents. We take penalizing members very seriously and only do so when a member continues to violate rules, and is negatively impacting the experience of our other members. Appeals that are filed are independently reviewed and ruled on. Any such ruling on an appeal is final. We have no further comment on this matter and consider the case closed.

      Iracing use Venmo for payment they took 3 payments of ***** in which it was only ***** don't know why they took 3 payments I've did everything they ask me to do still nothing yesterday 5heyntell me more less there not giving me my money back ircing give me back my 121 but Venmo want they said there was nothing else they can do for me bull c*** you took my money off my credit card and bank cards hate to go file charges for theft but if that what 8t take oh well that's wired fruad and now they got a hold on my credit card they said send them the last four number off both card and ifd I sent them my driver license and all the wrote me yesterday more less telling me there keeping my money iracing said return it but they Venmo think it's there's I'm taking a warrent on these people who stole my money I'm trying my best to correct this but 5h3y want do. Anything I did what they said now they not doing nothing I have all the letters they sent me but don't know how to add email I can do email not copy them give me email where to send all paper work I have all of the email
