      I recently went to the new location in the *********. What a great showroom. ****** was my sales rep and she made the process so easy. She took care of all the details, followed up the next day and was very professional.Much appreciated- Thanks ******

      Ordered all bathroom materials and medicine cabinets here. The Medicine cabinets did not fit, we were told initially it would not matter, they would take it back, did not tell us of the 250 restock fee per cabinet. 1 box was opened, I would be ok with 1 fee but 2. Either way they did not disclose this upfront. They also sold us an ***************** Shower. The device came with a s**** that is too short. Everyone is pointing fingers and no one wants to help. A simple s**** slightly larger should be no problem for a plumbing supply company. But ***************** and FW web dont want to help just blame each other and wont help me so I paid for and do not have a shower.

      They knew I needed a handicap shower. They sold me a shower with a seat too small for a man. The lip of the shower created a six-inch step on top of a six-inch platform, a full 12" step for entry. April knew I was installing a Sani Flow system that required additional height. When selling the shower unit, she reminded me it would be +6". I said I already knew that. Deception by omission. She led me to believe she was accommodating my husband's needs. I told them we were receiving a $2000.00 handicap allowance from the VA (Veteran's Affairs). The only thing they did is to make sure to spend the money. They took advantage of a handicapped Veteran.My husband is still refusing to shower because he is afraid. This shower makes me cry. I've tried making adjustments. They haven't worked. We have tried to live with it. The situation is unsustainable. I've been meaning to file this complaint. I missed the year by a mere couple of weeks. This company should be ashamed. No one should do business with them.

      My oilburner needs replacement. My service company recommended a make/model I never heard of but it is supplied solely by *************. I visited them in Concord and they just ignored my request for information on this oil burner. When I told them I just wanted literature on this item they ignored me. A contractor was at the counter and he said to them, "all he wants is literature". They ignored him as well. The contractor went into the office and talked to someone and came out shaking his head saying "I dont believe this,no one will give you any info.".I came away with no info at all on an oilburner that is only distributed by **************, which installed may cost in excess of $10,000 dollars. How do they get away with this?Needless to say I will not be purchasing anything from them and my service company will be directed to use another supplier and other make of equipment or they will lose the job.If I could rate this company at Zero Stars, I would. ********************************** obviously does not want to do business with the consumer.

      This warehouse receiver is terrible. We ship high end furniture to them and will NEVER use them again. They do not communicate when things arrive, they do not communicate if something arrives damaged for days, or if a box arrives damage. They do not send descriptions of damage items, just that its damaged then we have to call to get more info and ask for picture's. Nothing is done in a timely manner, it's very disorganized. We've had to call multiple times and they never answer but when they return your call they are so rude. They have no paper trail or use of technology for documentation. ***** is who I've worked with and his customer service is the worst. We've had boxes arrived damaged and as a receiver its part of their job to note it on the bill of lading so that claims can be submitted timely and accurately. They charged for this service yet did not do it and refused to make things right. He claimed it's not possible to check every box yet that's what he's paid for. I work with several other warehouses and I've never had any issues. After working with other company's I've realize how poorly this buisness is run. If you are a designer or in the furniture buisness, do NOT use them.
