My ice machine has been down for two weeks. It was due to an error after your company cleaned the machine. I have waited two weeks for the machine to be repaired. No one communicated with me unless I call, and still it is left inoperable

Please accept our apology for the lack of communication through the process of repairing your ice machine.
At the time of the cleaning, our technician found and reported that the evaporator plates had become separated from the refrigerant lines behind them. Although this was caused by faulty water filters, we were able to process the replacement of the plates through the manufacturers warranty allowing us to make the repair at no cost. Additional time was required for the necessary hot work permit from the city of ****** to process. Again, we do apologize for not proactively getting information into your hands regarding this process which took longer than we had expected as well and we hope that the end result is satisfactory.Customer response
