    When I had called, the person I spoke to WAS nice. The customer service was good. My problem is that when I called, I covered 3 major points as follows...1) I JUST bought my new house in August ******) This is precautionary as I don't know when the last time the tank was pumped.3) I have NEVER in my 45 years lived in or dealt with a septic system. I am completely ignorant on this topic.I was assured I was doing the right thing and we scheduled an appointment. I was EVEN assured that it was better to be safe that sorry.I discovered that in the town I live in, when a TitleV inspection is done (like with a sales of a home)a pump must be done.When I called to make my payment, the first question I asked was "Does the town of ********** require a system to be pumped for the completion of the TitleV certification?" She knew RIGHT away without hesitation. I then expressed my disappointment in the situation stating that I feel taken advantage of as a new customer. There was ZERO effort on their part to take any responsibility whatsoever. She just kept calling it a miscommunication. I felt that as the PROFESSIONALS they should have better guided a new customer, especially having the knowledge I expressed to them. She never even attempted to work with me. No small percentage off. No "just cover the cost of our disposal." Nothing. If they had just been honest, and told me to wait because it was just done...I would have 1000% used them BECAUSE of their honestly and they would have gained a customer for life. Now, they have $353 more dollars and I'd never use or recommend them to anyone. I wasn't looking for a free handout. I would not do business with these folks if you have other options. Its nothing personal.
