      I purchased a microwave from Best Buy and it was an open box unit and it had the incorrect screws in there. The screws were used and look like they were trying to be forced in another item. So I had to take the afternoon off of work drive it back out here and, its not fair that I had to actually pay someone to come and put it in even though he couldnt put it in. I had to pay him $25 for his services. So now Im out of $25 plus I dont have a microwave and had to take the afternoon to come out here. I chose the option that said it had all the tools I needed.

      They sold me a defective dryer and instead of returning it with the first week that I got it. The customer services sent me to he store to speak to someone. When I went to the store they did not return it but tried to upsell me instead. I called customer service and there is no customer services in the *** to help me. Now they are telling me they will jot return the dryer. I have been working with the manufacture from the beginning and it still it not fixed. This is clearly a defective dryer sold to me and I just want my money back. Best Buy has been nothing but rude to me and the customer services has not helped me. ******* can not explain why my dryer is not drying my cloths.

      Hello, my name is *********************. I am calling on behalf of Best Buy outlet in Brockton, *************. In regards to complain ******** for a customer by the name of ****. This complaint references the customer being refused to actually return a product within her return policy, which is 100 % inaccurate. We did offer the client the option to refund to return a unit to her and the client refused to return due to the fact when she first made us aware it was not a week out, it was months out, which at that point we could have still returned it, you know, with the option of a store credit or what typically would happen would be a service option under manufacturer or store warranty. And the customer also refused that we would never refuse the customer from obtaining their funds within their return policy if the product is defective. We are willing to support this client the best we can and ask that they contact the store directly to set up a service order.
