I had my basement flooring done. The rugs were pulled and luxury vinyl plank was used for the flooring. The workmanship was poor, I have pictures. Edges cut incorrectly, blank spaces where there should be vinyl plank. Incomplete work. Poor quality, an embarrassment. The rim around the toilet was cover with white cocking. Looked horrible. He did do it over, removing the toilet and putting the flooring as it should have been done. I had to ask for it to be done correctly. He originally said he would look for a cocking that would match the floor better. I said I would prefer the toilet be removed and the flooring put down that way. I Lived with that eye sore for a month, before he could come back and complete the job. The molding and corners, where door hinges are, the vinyl is cut poorly and is noticeable. It's not at all cut to fit. I have pictures. He fixed a hole in my ceiling but it was obvious where it was done. I asked if he could smooth it so it didn't show the lines where the work was done. He added to it without spreading it out and it's just a hump on the ceiling. Even more noticeable. I have pictures of the work that was done. When I told him I was not happy with the ceiling and pointed out some missed spots, he raised his voice to me in my home and accidentally bumped my glasses with what was in his hand. It was an accident but it shows the anger and frustration he was feeling towards me. He was a bit frightening raising his voice and being angry. I tried to still be cordial, I didn't raise my voice. At the end he told me to never call him again, which I would never do, because of the way he raised his voice and treated me and the poor quality work. I have seen work he's posted and it all seemed good. But not mine. He wouldn't post any of that. Also when you enter a woman's house, you do not yell at her and try to intimate them. That's how he made me feel. He made me feel like I did something wrong. And I did not. I hope we can resolve this. I have pic.

to take care of things, install the door that I had picked up for her, and finish the molding around the edges. Upon arrival ****************** seemed cordial and I began to work in the bathroom, replacing the flooring under the toilet and vanity. I removed and replaced the chipped piece of flooring in the closet and then worked on trying to smooth out the ceiling repair more to her liking. The screen door was hung and I left to go to Lowes to get more molding to finish the project. When I arrived back to the house ****************** was agitated and asked me if that was how I was going to leave the ceiling. I explained to her that it is ******* finish ceiling and it is challenging to replicate but told her that it would improve once it was painted. ****************** then told me not to bother to finish the ceiling as she wanted to get someone else to do it. She then pointed out that the base of the stairs, I had missed two small pieces of flooring in the tight corners and those pieces were installed. Finish molding was done and I showed her that area and asked her if it looked ok. She told me that she wasnt happy with it and I asked her what she would like done differently and she said, forget it. I asked her for the remaining payment for the installation of the door and the additional molding supplies for that day. When I told her this, she told me that she thought she had paid me for everything already. I went outside to load my truck and she came out with a check. She asked me to come back into the house for a final walk through and I did. I asked her if everything was ok and we were all set and she said, I guess so. I left and she soon texted me asking for her final invoice, which was provided to her that night. Later that night, she private messaged my wife on ********* which made us both worried.  She sent my wife pictures and posted photos of work that had not yet been completed, work looking into the laundry area which was not having flooring put in, and work from areas that she okd. I have pictures of finished work as well.
