I would never buy from this company. Bait and switch tactics on cases of paper. Claims the specific case of paper I ordered, *********, is out of stock so they can no longer honor the price of ***** per case and push me towards a $68 case. When I point out they changed the product number to WHI851120A4K and ARE still offering a case of paper for ***** a case, they change their story and now say they cant ship to my area - yet their trucks go up and down the highway outside our office. The company I work for has an account with them. The delivery service is good. However the prices are too high compared to other places. The worst thing is the customer service and account ***resentatives. I have called and emailed them several times to establish some pricing. I have never heard back from them. The one time that a *** called me back was when I ordered some paper Sparkle paper towels WB Mason sent Elegant which are just really bad. Since we trusted that WB Mason would send something comparable but they were not. The account *** told us that they could place another order for the ******* brand which we would have to pay for. WB Mason is helpful until you really need help. I do not think this is a way to treat a long time customer.W.B. Mason Co., Inc. Response

Terrible customer service. I've been waiting over a month for just some cherries. First to email me telling me that they can't ship it to me because it's outside of their delivery location. Next thing they're saying that it shipped and I'm waiting over a month. *** has lost a package and said to contact the sender and they keep just sending me the tracking number as a response to my email. Like I haven't been tracking it. It says that it's not lost. I would not use this company. I think they are too big to offer good customer serviceReview from Kiersten H

I was visited by a W.B. Mason rep at our office. He offered special pricing on a product to get our business. I received the product promptly as promised, but the invoice did not reflect the discount offered by the Rep verbally. After several emails back and forth with Accounts Receivable and the Rep, nothing could be resolved. Eventually the invoice became overdue and I just paid it. I won't be placing any more orders.W.B. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service regarding damage that occurred to our office due to a faulty product. We were told they would pay for the damage but then our service representative was suddenly no longer with the company and we were no longer going to be reimbursed for the damage. The damage is from a defective 5 gallon bottle of water we routinely purchase from WB Mason (or a faulty water dispenser, which is also leased from the company) which leaked out in its entirety over the weekend. This soaked into a wall behind the machine and obviously the floor. We had to remove the flooring and replace a small section of the already molding and warped section of the wall. We are a medical office and there is now a hole between my office and another provider's office. The damage is only a couple hundred dollars but someone named **** told me they "don't have insurance for stuff like that" despite already being told we would be reimbursed for this issue. I had one conversation with him and then he never answered any follow up calls. I'm a reasonable person, I would accept a credit or even any effort of a compromise. Good customer service is not causing damage, stating you'll pay for it, then stating "we don't have insurance for that", and letting a small business who has been working with the company for years and years foot the bill for their faulty products. It also seems like they're purposely avoiding responding as I've reached out to at least four individuals via phone and email with no response. This has been going on since February with delay after delay and false promises. A multi-million dollar company that doesn't have insurance to cover the damage from their product... What an absolute shameful excuse for customer service.W.B. Mason Co., Inc. Response

The worst customer service around - I purchased job packets for our manufacturing floor - out a box of 25 - 20 were defective - I called my sales rep but she could not do anything because it had been too long since the delivery - so I am taping the bottoms of these packets shut so paperwork does not fall out - They wanted to give me credit for 1/2 of the purchase price but they were going to credit the whole amount and then re-issue an invoice for 1/2 the amount - I'm like then it will show an open invoice for 1/2 the amount - yes which you will have to pay says the girls - I ALREADY PAID the whole invoice for defective material - why would I again pay for half - because the invoice will be due in 30 days she said - I was like forget do not issue anything against my account I'll shop else where - That is fine is what I was told -W.B. Mason Co., Inc. Response

I've been using WBM since the ****s and have never had a bad experience. Even when something goes wrong, they do their utmost to make it right. Wherever I've worked, if they're not already using WBM, I get them to switch by showing pricing is better (I usually do a 1-year analysis of spending) as well as great customer service, custom pricing, Dedicated Sales and Customer Svc person. The delivery person (always the same person unless they're on vacation) is empowered to correct most problems. Instead of having to ship back a return item, I just give it to the delivery guy. WBM has great analytics, no "membership" fees, free delivery, Net 30 billing. If you don't like the price on something, you can call your rep and see if they can do better. They've been my savior in a pinch (the sales rep actually came that day with the item I desperately needed). I have never been happier with a vendor than I am with WBM! I'd give them 7 stars if I could. I know I sound like a "fake" reviewer, but it's really true! I do not understand the poor reviews here. It appears that at least one is a person, not a business. WBM caters to businesses, not personal purchases. My new company isn't a customer yet. I plan to send my proposal to management next week. WBM beat the prices on EVERY item purchased by my company in the past year!Review from Adam K

Terrible experience at every turn! Ordered and was never given an ETA. After close to a month, I wrote to customer service. No reply but then I found out it was to be delivered this past Thursday only because I logged in to check. Waited all day.. no package. Again I had to log in to learn that it would now be delivered Friday. Couldn't take off work. Well, they say it was delivered but the picture is not my house! In fact the picture is almost entirely pitch black although delivery was alleged ~1:40pm. Now what? It's a lot of money for a table top.Review from Jonathan T

great company if you are in certain areas. next day.... fat chance. 1-3 if you're in a 100 mile radius of a certain area. Columbia.... might as well order somewhere else. *******.... if they can keep driver's you'll get your things. **********.... forget about it. I never heard of this company before this and I will forget them just as fast. Would never recommend them to anyone let alone my worst enemy. I hope they try to come after me for this one but they will just delete it like they do everything else. I have worked with some shady companies in the last 20 years but this one takes the cake. NOT CUSTOMER oriented...... pass it on to the next person oriented. And if you have an illiness or mental health DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! They come first before anything else! I wish the best for the fake Amazon.... You'll never get there with the way things are nowW.B. Mason Co., Inc. Response

They charged me for an order that was never delivered but charged over $200.00, I tried calling them but their service has been terrible.
