      I'm not one to writereviews in general but my experience was so terrible at Cambridge Honda that it left me no choice. Firstly my apologies to **** *******. He was an exceptional salesperson who we literally went back there for specifically. I would work with him again in a heartbeat. The General Sales Manager ***** **** however, was hands down the most unprofessional, rude, condescending person I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. We weren't sure if we wanted to go with the car he was offering on the first day and told him that we'd let him know by end of day. When I went to look at the offer one more time he quite literally snatched the paper from my hands and snapped "NOPE, thats mine" which was off putting at minimum. His interaction with us was the real reason we were considering finding a deal elsewhere, not the deal itself. When we went back to buy the next day he was even more rude, outright insulted our intelligence, and when I asked him not to do that (insult me) he told us we were being combative and argumentative. Before I could say that I would take the deal, he yelled at us that he wasn't offering it anymore and that we can go buy a car elsewhere and that he didn't want our business. There was a show roomfull of people all staring and they were horrified. What is even more frustrating is that I'm a nurse with very few weekends off (especially holiday ones!) and I spent my entire weekend back and forth with them and nothing to show for it. If you are in need of a new car, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhereelse.

      Felt very mislead by employees at this dealership. Called in advance (1 hour prior to appointment) to confirm that a specific car model I wanted to test drive was in stock. However, upon arriving at the dealership, I was told no such car was available to test drive. The employees at the store confirmed that the car had not been sold into Im since my call, but rather had not been on site that day. It is unclear to me if this was a deceitful tactic to get customers in the store, or if this was discrimination since I do not live in the same state that the dealership is located in. Further, both the employee I initially spoke with and the store manager were rude, inappropriately questioned my intentions, and made for an altogether unpleasant and very upsetting experience

                        I, *******************/GSM met with ********************** when she arrived at the dealership. Yes we did schedule an appointment for a test drive unfortunately the vehicle was still at the port in Charlestown as the transportation company wasn't able to bring it to the dealership due to the holiday weekend. I appologized repeatedly for the inconvenience and offered to reschedule the test drive for Tuesday (1/2/24) when I can have the car hear and ready for a test drive. ********************** was upset and refused my offer. Again, I appologized repeatedly tried to explain that the last the that I want in my showrrom is an upset customer. Upset customer don't buy anything, they leave unhappy and give you bad reviews.

      Brought my Honda civic **** to get airbag recall fixed. Staff told me it would be done by 3pm and they would give me a call once it's done. brought it in at 9:30am. Called at 4pm wondering why it's not done. Got the run around from receptionist to service center rep and hit the voicemails of 4 different people. Still have no clue if my car is done or not. Poor customer service with no transparency of progress or results. Will not be coming back here.

      I bought a 2016 Honda CR-V EX. Cambridge Honda provides exceptional service! ******* in the service department is knowledgeable and friendly. ***** at the body shop did an outstanding job on my car. The car wash service made my car look brand new. Highly recommended!
