I had requested coaching by a side business they run called Life Warrior Coaching. He contacted me about extending my contract. I agreed and went on a payment plan for the extension. Before my original contract was up, I contacted merchant to cancel extension only to be told he was too busy and contact him later and he continued to charge me. I then went through my credit card company only to find out they cannot stop automatic charges. After several attempts to contact merchant and getting told he was too busy, I finally got him on the phone. He did stop finally the automatic charges, but he refused to refund the $800 that I had pre-paid for the extension that I never received. I had been told there was a money back guarantee.Business response

To whom this may concern,
I'm responding to *********************** complaint. I've been in business for over ********************************************** how we go about business. ***** extended her contract with us for 6 months. She requested to cancel toward the end of month 3 (May 25, 2022, 4:22 PM to be exact) I responded ASAP (May 25, 2022, 4:53 PM) and told wrote "Let's schedule a call for next week. I'm closing one of my gyms tomorrow and all through weekend so next week is best." I had never heard back from her so I assumed she was wanting to stay as she was going back and forth on it and was continuing with my team. Her coach mentioned nothing of wanting to stop. We require all program changes done via recorded line and explained this to her. I did finally speak with her and I told her I would cancel remaining 2 months of contract (which I did not need to do but it's good business) and we would continue to coach her for what she had paid. She refused and here we are.

I am rejecting this response because: Original contract was Dec 6-June 5th. Extension request was March 17th to be paid over 9 months. Charged 3/17, 4/17 & 5/17. Requested to cancel (before original contract was up) and was told to reach out to him following week as he was busy closing gym that whole weekend. I saw him online all weekend though. I then contacted credit card company to stop charges, only to find they could not stop automatic charges. I had waited for their response. I did not talk to coach assigned a she only half listened to most things I told her or or she didn't even reply. I had told her of a health issue I had gotten and a possible treatment option. She told me not to start it until she researched it. I never got any info from her, so had to do my own research. The last few weeks with her she was even late getting my weekly replies to my check-ins. Her responses were always less than 5 mins from my weekly check-ins. ***** never once mentioned that changes could only be done by recorded calls. After I tried to schedule a call he first told me to reach out to him following week to schedule. I sent multiple texts and kept getting runaround, told to text a different number, etc. I asked him to check HIS schedule and give me a time. He then asked AM or PM. In the process, he had kicked me out of the program on 6/12 yet continued to charge me. I was again charged on 6/17. The total I had been prepaid on my extension was $800. At most, in only owe for ONE WEEK! I was kicked out of program prior to what he claims is his required recorded call. I was originally told there was a money back guarantee.
