I had ********************************* the owner of Chappell tree and landscape come out and look at the work I needed done He submitted a quote of 4,400. I accept. Upon accepting his quote. He asked for a 1/4 refundable deposit. So I sent him 460 to book the work that needed to be done. We then agreed on a date to have to work done which was Friday July 22nd. I sent him the deposit on July 8th. As July 22nd came the weather was was to hot to do any kind of tree work. So he had to cancel. Which was understandable. After trying to reach him to confirm a new date. He did not respond. I had to go with another company. After a few weeks he did respond saying that he had a family emergency. I was very understanding with what he was going through. During the conversation he told me he was going to then send me my deposit back. Well he didnt. And here we are.
