After being dismissed, met with argumentative customer service and straight up IGNORED here I am going through the BBB. I have contacted this company through every possible channel ********* Messenger, via phone and their email) practically begging for a refund. I asked for someone with authority to call me back and was practically laughed at by an employee who answered their phone. I was entirely unaware there is a sexual element to this attraction and DO NOT wish to attend due to this (which their employee tried to tell me there isnt when their poorly designed website says there IS) and when I pointed this out I was met with a rude response and then IGNORED. I have tried and tried to contact these scam artists who took my money and feel I deserve ZERO response and to fork over $133 without even attending and apparently they dont have the decency of answering yes or no to a refund. The rudest farm/Halloween attraction on earth. I cant even get a yes or no when I ask for a refund? Ridiculous!!!Business response

An email was sent stating "There are no sexual elements in the haunt." The customer did not like the answer, so she sent multiple rude emails and messages.
