  I called this sorry ol establishment on 1/26/23 around 10:18 am three days after my birthday smh asking for the pricing of their brakes. I already knew my brakes was the issue, but the guy (owner im guessing) told me to bring my car in. when I did i was informed it was the front brakes and rotor. I was given the price of $360 which I thought was crazy due to it being a ******* I was told to come back around 2pm or 3pm by the young skinny receptionist with the option of taking my car or leaving it. i chose to leave it since I was going to be in the area (WHICH WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE.) I asked was he sure because I know how mechanics can be with time. He laughed and stated that they would call me when it was ready. I left them around 11 am. As I was walking, I stopped at a Amazings auto repair on ****** street and spoke with a handsome gentlemen by the name of *****. I told him my car needs front brakes and rotors done and mentioed what I was being charged. He told me their labor work for the brakes is $100 but he will charged me $90 seeing that I was ****** taken advantage of. He told me to go get the parts which were inexspensive ( no more than $100) due to me having a ******* I called back at 11:18 am and the same guy ( owner im guessing with the pop belly) answered, i asked him did they start on my car. he stated, no! we told you we will call when its ready. I told him i am coming to get my car, I no longer need them, he hung up on me. i arrived at 11:28 and asked for my car. This ol trifling guy had the boy start on my car. I went off yelling and told him that he was told not to touch my car. he went to giving smart remarks and continued. He seen i was upset and didnt care. As I left to get the money, I thought they would have a ounce of intergity to atleast lower the price. when i asked for an itemized bill, I was told they don't do that. when i asked how much was the labor work, the receptionist was rude and asked me why does that matter and then told me $150.( so they charged me $210 for the parts) SMFH i refuse to sign their receipt due to I did not give permission to the service and he wouldnt give it due to my refusal. when I threatened with the police, that when i was given a copy of their receipt. you can see the copy of receipt on ******* I kindly left a review with evidence so all can see how trifling they are.
