A fee of $1,000.00 was paid for kitchen drawings and the agreement was that the $1,000.00 would go toward the project if the final bid was agreeable and it moved forward with them in charge.I showed up in person for the big meeting where the design was going to be pitched and the drawings were incorrect even though I had waited an extra few days for the changes that I had requested. That was in November/December. She said she couldnt be ready until sometime in January. I contacted her at the very beginning of February to see if the plans I had been promised in December were ready yet. She replied that I would have to pay another $1,000.00 for her to complete them even though Ihave made no additional changes since she first failed to include them in the drawings.At this point there is no chance I will move forward with this person but I would like either a refund or the product that I paid for which is a completed drawing of my new kitchen design.Business response

Hi
I provided more than one set if plans to *********************. Myself and assistant went to his home four times. We also met with **** four times. And ultimately provided three set of plans. Two full set of computer plans and one hand drawn.
He continued to make changes. The $1000 dollar retainer is fir one set of plans.
