      I SENT A BOX TO ****** THROUGH S.O. EXPRESS ON SEPTEMBER 3, 2023. AS OF THIS DATE THE BOX HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. I HAVE CONTACTED S.O. EXPRESS SEVERAL TIMES AS TO THE STATUS OF DELIVERY. S.O. EXPRESS RARELY RESPONDS TO MY CALLS, EMAILS OR MESSAGES. THE ONE TIME THAT THEY DID RESPOND IN MARCH OF THIS YEAR, THEY RESPONDED THAT THE DELIVERY OF THE BOX WAS DELAYED BECAUSE OF A STRIKE AT ****** CUSTOMS. I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT S.O. EXPRESS SEVERAL TIMES AFTER THIS AND THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED. I TRIED TO CALL THEM ON JUNE 28 AND THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE. I WOULD PREFER FOR THE BOX TO BE DELIVERED BUT IF THAT NOT IS NO POSSIBLE. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND.

      On July 8, 2023, S.O. Express - The mark of moving picked up two boxes of our personal things - clothes and books - to ship to ******. We paid them *********************************************************** two months. They have been telling us that our boxes were in the ************** port since late November 2022, and sometimes stop responding for weeks. Now they're saying they went out of business and we will not get our boxes nor insurance money. They do not answer our queries nor do they give us any information that would allow us to get in touch with ************** Port authorities independently. We in fact do not even know if they shipped our belongings. We would just like to get our belongings as they promised to us. According to ****** Reviews, they seem to have pulled the same trick with loads of people.**********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

      I send 4 big boxes to ****** and they disappear with my boxes A lot of expensive things inside the boxes they stole everything. Im trying to get all my things back at least pay for the insurance, Im desperate Because its not fair, I paid more than $2000 just Send I paid insurance is well too I wanna get my boxes They supposed to delivery at my mothers house in ****** never got anything! they dont answer the phone.       I shipped a box (24.5 x 24.5 x 27.7 = 9.55 cu ft) of clothes, shoes and small appliances to ****** on 06/13/23. They send these in ship containers. They give you a timeframe of 3-6 months to deliver. After 6 months, they were saying there was a problem with strikes at the port, now their tel numbers are no longer listed, they have vanished. I contacted the driver who picked up my box (Nei, ************), who worked for them for years, and he stated he is no longer with them, and had no information as to the status of the company. I paid $340 to ship the box, and the value of the contents is about $1,000.

      On 6/29/21 S.O. Express picked up 17 boxes and 1 additional item. The invoice was paid in the amount $5,490. The *** I was given was between ****** days.I was told the container arrived in ****** in December 2021. S.O. Express sent me a message stating that due to an operation in the ********************, they had to seek alternate routes. They said this would take longer for containers to be released from customs and due to the pandemic all processes were slower.In June 2021, my family and I went to *******. I wanted to make sure our shipment would be in Brazil by the time we arrived. All our belongings are in the container with S.O. Express.I stayed in ******* until February 2022. *Please note that when I left ******* in February 2022 I sent several boxes, through a different company, and have already received them all.*On 12/6/21 I contacted *** she stated the container was still at customs in ******.On 12/21/21 I contacted *** she stated the container was still at customs at the ********************, and stated all ports in ****** were delayed.On 2/17/22 I contacted *** she responded stating she requested information regarding our boxes and *** would be in touch with me. He never reached out to me.On 2/22/22 I spoke to *** He said he would find out what was going on with the container and let me know. He didnt.On 3/22/22 contacted *** again. He stated the container was in line for inspection and delayed. On 4/25/22 I contacted *** again and asked about the boxes. No answer.On 5/18/22 I contacted *** again. No answer.On 5/19/22 I spoke to *** and he stated container was still in process and delayed.Since 5/19/22 they no longer answer me or reply to my messages, and I still have not received my shipment. I requested proof that the container is in fact in ******************** and they failed to do so.

      Everything **************** is telling regarding the port situation in ****** is true, our Company has been spending a lot of money to release the container, this week finally we got good news and next week we will have this problem solved.
