Exceptional Experience with DavEl BostonCoach I recently had the pleasure of using DavEl BostonCoach during a business trip to ***, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of stellar. From the moment I booked my ride to the final drop-off, every interaction with this company reflected their commitment to excellence.The reservation process was a breeze, thanks to their user-friendly app. The confirmation communication was clear and comprehensive, providing peace of mind before my journey even began.Upon arrival, I was greeted by a professional chauffeur who was both friendly and punctual, qualities that I truly appreciated after a long flight. Predatory and dishonest about upfront pricing. I was quoted ~$100 for a trip to the airport from my home and was told that this pricing was not final. This was totally understandable as I assumed there would be some tolls/other mileage charges that *** vary. About a week later I noticed I was charged $220 after all the fees were included, almost all of which were completely predictable. There is no reason, other than pure greed and predatory dishonesty, that these fees were not included in the upfront pricing. Examples include a $40 holiday charge for riding on Christmas (again...understandable, but outrageous this wasn't included in the upfront pricing) and numerous lines of general service charges that were all round numbers, and clearly calculated before. If you are planning on using this service, please ignore the price you are quoted and assume you will pay significantly more.
