On February 17th via web order: WB104860, I placed a ***** deposit for a trip scheduled for July 1 2023. This trip was cancelled by the charter company due to mechanical issues. I noted that I wished to receive a refund for the deposit via email on July 7th, and again on September 11th. I have the notifications saved for this email, but have not received a refund.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. Original July 1st text:
Just left you a voice mail re. Fishing trip this pm on Bounty Hunter has been cancelled..
Thanks. Sorry I missed it. Will do a deposit refund for now and will reschedule online in the future. Hope you are back up running soon

I had paid for a shark dive for 9/26/22 and they cancelled it due to "weather" and promised a refund multiple times. It is now 10/9/22 and no refund has been processed and they haven't responded after at least 15 times to contact them via phone, text, and email.
