God awful company and the people working for them may be even worse. They show up, park illegally and then take it upon themselves to shut the water off in my entire building without notifying any of the tenants, just to install a sink upstairs in an apartment nobody is even living in. Clearly not an emergency. So i go upstairs to the apartment thats being renovated and calmly ask the guy who works for Platinum,"did you shut the water off?"and he proceeds to tell me he shut it off himself because the association was supposed to shut it off from 9-11AM and never did. He then informs me that he's not actually going to be done by 11 either. He tells me all of this with an attitude that screams "i couldn't care less who I'm bothering".I call management and the association to make sure they didn't just fail to notify us as tenants and they confirmed that they have no information regarding the water being shut off today - This guy really just lied to my face instead of just apologizing and saying he'd be done shortly and asking me to bare with him... i most certainly would have.So i call the company themselves to hopefully gain a little clarity as to what is going on and half the extensions didn't even work so i had to reach out to the only department that would answer the phone. I got one lady who immediately passed me off to another lady before i could even finish telling her what was happening. The second lady sounded like she was yelling to the phone from across the room, as if she couldn't even be bothered to walk over to the phone. And from a voice that sounds like its a mile away she basically tells me that I'm wrong, the association is aware and their employer couldn't have possibly shut the water off himself. To reiterate, her employee TOLD ME he shut it off, and the association and management TOLD ME they were unaware of any of this. She wasn't even able to hear me out before she started defending herself - something guilty people do all the time.

After engaging with the customer who had initially posted negative feedback on various platforms, we were able to ascertain that the issue stemmed from an oversight in communication regarding the condominium's notification system. While the customer expressed frustration initially about his daughter's inability to brush her teeth due to the situation, upon reflection, he acknowledged that his reaction may have been disproportionate. Subsequently, he voluntarily retracted all previously posted negative reviews except for one that he encountered difficulty removing. Therefore, we kindly request the removal of the remaining review.

4 stars for Installation. ZERO Stars for customer service. Was quoted $200 for a dishwasher install. All parts were provided by me. It was delivered by ********** but they didn't provide installation. My problem is not with the installation at all. The worker was very polite and did an excellent job, installing the dishwasher in less than 45 minutes installation.Once he arrived, I was giving a bill for $415, double what I was quoted. I voiced my dismay at the difference and he called his boss who suddenly was able to change the cost to $315.So, I would be paying him at a rate of over $400 per hour for ONLY LABOR.Seems a bit exorbitant, don't you think? Now here's where the really ridiculous part happens. My check bounced due to a deposit not clearing in time. Minor error. It happens. Most businesses will wait a day or two and resubmit it. They called me and claimed they tried to submit it three times. I check with the bank and it is immediately apparent that they are lying and have only attempted once.I asked them to submit it again because I get paid tomorrow. I never refused to pay though they acted as if that was what I was doing ??.Instead they lied about the original quote, then told me they were going to send police to my house. ??Seriously?? What is this? The 17th century? Would I be going to debtor's prison? I don't think they know how the law works. Threatening a customer over a bounced check. So, they will be paid as I promised.... and then I am going to make certain that everyone in 100 mile radius knows about their shady tactics. This is not a good company at all. I feel sorry for the plumber because he was quite nice, but their management is the most unprofessional company I've dealt with in decades.

The dishonesty in his claim is unbelievable and could be cleared up immediately if voice recordings were allowed to be published to clear up false claims. I will go into more detail then the ****** review as he feels we are responsible for his check not clearing. On 1/3/2023 customer called and spoke with the answering service to schedule an appointment for a dishwasher swap out as he had ordered one from ********** but they only delivered it, and he needed a plumber to install it.A follow up call was done the next day by the office where he discussed what needed to be done, he stated it was an emergency because you had 3 weeks of dishes piled up and couldn't find a plumber as everyone was booked and it has been a hassle trying to find someone to go out and he needed it done as soon as possible because his wife was complaining. In the process of trying to schedule an appointment he then proceeds to make multiple stipulations that needed to be met by us. Going on and on about his work schedule, his daughter not wanting to sit around, and he couldn't ask that of her. He was then given a date and a 4-hour window which he complained again, and that it had to be between the window of 3pm-5pm as you couldn't sit around for 4 hours. The dispatcher took all this information down and stated we would try our best to work with him and that someone would call hi, with our arrival time.In regard to the pricing, we explained our process that we like to go out to assess the situation and quote a price if a customer agrees the repair is made at that time, he refused this visit and wanted to schedule the install. He asked for a price over the phone, he stated it was an easy swap out of a dishwasher and he needed it done as soon as possible because his wife was again complaining, he was quoted a ballpark price, he questioned the price of $400 we explained he is refusing us to go out there to actually see what needs to be done so we can't give him an actual price because at times we have gone out and sub floors need to be replaced, water lines need to be replaced, shut offs and drains need to be replaced and being that we haven't been to the home we couldn't give him a more direct price. Again, he was giving the option to proceed with scheduling the call or to decline. On the day of his scheduled appointment, he called stating that he had to step out because his son got in trouble and wasn't allowed on the school bus, and he had to go and get him if we could please assist him as he didn't want to lose his appointment. The dispatcher stated she understood and was happy to help and sent the tech who was already on his way to his home to another call so he could handle his last-minute situation. Our tech went out he was able to assess the situation and you were giving a lesser price which you agreed to. Tech called the office and asked if any additional discounts could be added, and the husband stated, "I don't have the money, and the wife said back " you have it you just got paid." A check was written out to our company and returned 2 weeks later for insufficient funds. The bank followed their procedures and then notified us that there were insufficient funds and to contact the endorser of the check to collect payment and our account was debited the amount the check was written for and a return check fee. She claims she asked us to redeposit the check, bank didn't return the check only a photocopy of and it has almost been 4 weeks of trying to contact this customer. We called and left 2 voicemails asking them to call the office to resolve this matter, but we were blocked from making any contact with them as they blocked our number. We then emailed them asking to call the office and we received no response. Our next and final attempt was by text message and received no response. On 1/26/2023 when his wife accidentally thought she was texting your daughter were we able to make contact. We asked them to call the office and they messaged back "I'm not calling". They were then told if they didn't call, we would have to seek an alternative to collect this debit and that larceny by check is against the law. Their response was "FAFO" and instructed the other person on the message to block us.We stated in the text if they had called the office and communicated with us and not block our number and not respond to our email, we would have worked something out with them, but they chose not to and only continued to text stating they were going to make it a point to write bad reviews because you felt like you were overcharged for the service.
