  We moved into a home on October 15, 2021. Previous owners left us a note stating that GDP Painting Plus cracked a window in the house attempting to reattach the window hardware, and GDP promised to replace it at no cost. We reached out to GDP Painting when we moved in and he said he ordered a window through **************. He asked us to email or text him moving forward as the best form of contact. We called ************** and there was no order for a window. Since that time, we have been unable to get in touch with GDP Painting. Unless otherwise mentioned, we attempted to contact him on the following dates and received no response: 10/26/2021 by phone (connected and informed about **************)11/20/2021 by email 1/3/2022 by email 1/12/2022 by email 1/13/2022 by text message (connected then by phone about a different project, scheduled for 2/1, no update on window - was told it needed to be ordered elsewhere)1/15/2022 by text message 1/26/2022 by text message 1/28/2022 by text message 1/29/2022 by text message 1/31/2022 by text message 2/1/2022* - came to our house for a different painting project, no update on window was provided.2/17/2022 by text message 3/6/2022 by text message 3/7/2022 by text message 3/18/2022 by text message 4/7/2022 by text message 4/8/2022 by text message 4/15/2022 by text message 4/20/2022 by text message 4/22/2022 by phone call *This list of attempts excludes phone calls made outside of 30 days and does not include any texts or calls made by my husband, since his messages delete after 30 days.
